I’m a traditionalist when it comes to Thanksgiving. I love the recipes handed down from our families–not only because they are sooo good—they are nostalgic too. I trust you have those same recipes in your family and I don’t like to mess with a good thing. I do however, like to ward off the vultures that lurk around my kitchen until Thanksgiving dinner is served, so I’ve made for you this oh-so-delicious caramelized onion dip. Perfect with your favorite potato chips and a whole slew of veggies. It’s enough to keep everyone satiated until the big meal but won’t have you loosening your belt.
I also had this dip on my grazing table at Twin Cities Live and the producers wanted the recipe pronto. I’m warning you–it’s addicting!
Yum! Making it as I type. You’re amazing as always. Happy Thanksgiving!
Hope you enjoyed and had a wonderful thanksgiving Jen!!
