Sriracha Turkey Meatballs with Hoisin-Mayo Sauce

- For the Sriracha Turkey Meatballs:
- 20 oz ground turkey
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/2 cup dry plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 yellow onion, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 3 tsp. sesame seeds
- 3 Tbls. sriracha sauce
- 3/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 Tbls. peanut oil
- For the Hoisin Mayo Sauce:
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 1/2 Tbls. fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Mix well to combine. Roll into approximately 20 meatballs.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes until cooked through.
- Transfer to a serving platter sprinkle with more sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
- Mix all ingredients for hoisin-mayo sauce together. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
