Sriracha Turkey Meatballs with Hoisin-Mayo Sauce

Ingredients

  • For the Sriracha Turkey Meatballs:
  • 20 oz ground turkey
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup dry plain bread crumbs
  • 1/2 yellow onion, minced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 3 tsp. sesame seeds
  • 3 Tbls. sriracha sauce
  • 3/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 Tbls. peanut oil
  • For the Hoisin Mayo Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 Tbls. fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Mix well to combine. Roll into approximately 20 meatballs.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Transfer to a serving platter sprinkle with more sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
  5. Mix all ingredients for hoisin-mayo sauce together. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
