Join Tonja on November 13th for a class that will ease all your entertaining woes! Tonja will take you through three recipes that you will make (and taste!).
The menu for the class includes:
Brioche Toasts with Lobster and Avocado
Beef Wellington Puff Pastry Bites
Mini Crab Cakes with Remoulade Sauce

*Classes are demonstration style and limited to 22 people.
Cost: $35.00 per person plus tax. Samples and take-home recipes included. Guests will also receive a 15% discount on regular-priced Nordic Ware band products purchased in the store the evening of the class.
