Best Kept Secret…

…Fabian Seafood!  Yes friends, fresh gulf shrimp and seafood from Galveston Texas.  They come to Minnesota once a month, set up shop at various places across the Twin Cities and pack up coolers with various size shrimp, crab, red snapper and crawfish.

I bought 3 pounds of shrimp last week and Zatarain’s Shrimp Boil Seasoning. We crashed our friends house and devoured it all–3 glorious pounds.

In my opinion, the best way to enjoy an outdoor dinner with friends.  You can add corn, potatoes, and andouille sausage to the pot if you like too.

Easy and fun…just how summer should be.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2–3 pounds jumbo-sized shrimp
  • Zatarain’s Crawfish, Crab, and Shrimp Boil Seasoning
  • Lemons and cocktail sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Boil shrimp according to Zatarain’s directions on back of box. Drain and serve on a platter with lemon wedges and cocktail sauce.
