Ingredients

  • 16 ounces plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1⁄2 lemon
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Mix the tzatziki ingredients together and stir well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
