- 16 ounces plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1⁄2 lemon
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Mix the tzatziki ingredients together and stir well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
